A huge trumpet fanfare of thanks to all you generous decent good people, 185 of you all over the world, some complete strangers, some my oldest friends, and some of you the most talented programme makers and actors in the UK. We are so very nearly there, at £9356. I can’t thank you enough. (See below for a picture of how I feel. I was dancing with Rabha, her sister and sister in law.)
This is absolutely not to ask you for more money – you have done your part – but if you know anyone who fleetingly expressed interest but hasn’t pledged, please remind them that they have 44 hours left. The deadline is the very beginning of New Year’s Eve at 1am – these are Kickstarter’s rules. So Sunday 30th December is really the last day…
